This coming Saturday I will be giving a short talk on illustration at the Asmolean Museum in Oxford as part of the Ulysses Illustration Workshop. The idea behind the workshop is to interpret James Joyce’s literary masterpiece Ulysses through the medium of illustration.
There will also be an introduction by Cleo Hanaway, an Oxford University doctoral student writing on Ulysses, and some Joycean songs performed by Oxford band Flights of Helios.
It should be fun!
